The all new Redi-Rack® Flex system represents an innovative twist on the simple loading rack. By combining our most requested additions into a simple ergonomic design we can provide you with an out of the box solution to even your most difficult loading challenges.
All of the Redi-Rack Flex component systems are shipped in as few pieces as possible to get you up and moving product quickly.
Customize your loading rack
We designed the Redi Rack Flex system to accommodate pre-selected components reducing your engineering time and getting you moving product sooner rather than later. With each system you can specify safety shower, eye wash station, loading arm support, grounding, vehicle type and support style so that your system meets your needs today and in the future.
Footing
There are two foundation options with our flexible system. Where soil integrity must be maintained, we now offer “The Rock”, an above-ground froundation alternative which provides full support for the flex system without the need for a traditional footer.
Gangways and Cages
Any combination of gangways and cages can be used to access your vehicles to facilitate your operation.
Loading Arms
The Redi-Rack Flex System™ is configured to support our complete line of loading arms, allowing you to move product quickly and easily.
Get Grounded
Protect personnel and plant operations with optional static grounding for loading and unloading operations.
Power Gangway

Wash Station
